*Feedback From Hiring Manager:* I need a PM that has Audit
experience, and metric reporting experience. That WILL close
ASAP if you can find a local SENIOR PM with Agile
and Data warehouse experience, and
someone that has worked on the Audit side. Not someone that was BEING
audited, but someone who
went out and audited another group. If they have that, but no Agile or DW,
that might still work. A home run
would be local, senior, good communication skills, audit, metric
reporting, Agile, and DW.
*Description:*
PRIOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE experience and background in Audit is highly
preferred. STRONGLY PREFER prior Capital One experience.
Lead Quality and Audit interactions for a large Program/Portfolio Office:
Position requires a strong experienced PM with Audit as well as Process and
Program experience to support a large Program Management Office. Will be
responsible for design and administration of scalable processes to manage
complexity and integration of multiple programs and work streams. Attention
to detail and the ability to work in an extremely fast paced, self directed
environment are keys to success in this role which requires significant
administrative responsibilities. Key deliverables include Program/Project
quality reviews, interaction with Audit, metric reporting, executive level
project/program reporting and dashboards, and project/program
administration. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies,
including Agile. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and
presents in PowerPoint. Ability to use advanced features of Excel (graphs,
pivot tables, etc) is required. Prior Audit and Program experience and use
of Agile methodology is preferred. (Note - this is not a delivery PM role.)
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the
definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed
customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
*Level 2 - Lead:*
- Fully qualified technical professional in all aspects of the role.
- Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle,
theories, and concepts in the field.
- Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects.
- Provides technical solutions to a wide range of technical problems.
- Works under general direction and independently determines/develops
approach to solutions.
Typical Experience Level: 3-5 years"
