** *Job Title: Rational Functional Tester -- Phone To Hire* *Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: 6+ Months* *LOCALS preferred - Need only GC/Citizens/EAD’s or OPT’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *RFT is a must and understanding of JAVA**.*** *Responsibilities:* Organize meetings with business and technical team (including project and base support if needed) to finalize scope of test automation. Develop automation framework. Create and maintain automation test scripts using Rational Functional Tester. Identify and gather test data. Create and maintain automation scripts, compile and publish results. Maintain and publish issues/defect log for automation. Generate and publish test automation report. Recording and running performance test scripts *Required Skills and Experience: * *2+ years experience with automation framework. * *2+ years hands-on experience with Rational Functional Tester.* *2+ years hands-on experience with Rational Performance Tester.* Ability to handle automation and performance test independently with minimal guidance. About 2 years experience in Java programming. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Details oriented. Good understanding of SDLC. Good understanding of test methodology. Experience with functional testing including creation of functional test cases and executing SIT and other cycles of testing. *Preferred Skills and Experience: * Healthcare experience. Should be able to manage the test effort for the project.
