I have an Oracle DBA position in Chicago, Illinois. Please send

*Description*
Perform schema management, database configuration, space management,
performance tuning and optimization
v Monitor and tune databases to ensure system availability.
v Monitors database and system storage space.
v Provides initial problem determination and data collection.
v Install, upgrade, patch and support Oracle 10g and 11g databases on Red
Hat & Oracle Enterprise Linux, SUN Solaris and MS Windows platforms.
*Job Specifications***
v Undergraduate degree, 5 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent
combination education and relevant work experience.
v Oracle Certified Professional certification (or currently pursuing
certification)
v Strong SQL command knowledge
v Strong architectural knowledge of Oracle 10g / 11g
v Advanced programming skills in Shell Scripting and PL/ SQL
v 2 yrs. DBA experience
v 2 yrs. working knowledge of Oracle
v 2 yrs. working knowledge and understanding of databases and Oracle
Corp.'s products
*Plusses***
v Oracle RAC, CDC, Streams, Physical & Logical Standby Database, MAA
v Familiarity with extended data types (e.g. Oracle Spatial)
v Experience with PostgreSQL
