Experience in process analysis, process design, mapping, and process/software gap analysis required. Experience with Computer Systems Validation, SOX and other IT Best Practices. Experience with converting data from legacy systems is a plus. Ability to recognize a problem and provide solutions as required by the Business. Strong technical analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and team-player attitude. *Experience in the following Technical Areas**:* Oracle Workflow Oracle *Forms & Reports*. Oracle Discoverer Development & Administration. Oracle *BI* Publisher. Oracle Applications Development Framework, JDeveloper, Personalization (preferred). Oracle *SQL tuning and optimization*. Oracle *PL/SQL and TOAD*. Shell scripting and familiarity with *UNIX* commands. Oracle Packages, procedures, functions, Materialized views & backend development. *Business Intelligence* (preferred). Interfaces and conversions. Familiar with oracle Applications Development Coding Standards.
