Please)* Job Title : *Java EJB Technical Lead* Location : Oaks, PA Duration : 4 - 6 months Contract *Skills:* 4+ years technical leadership experience with distributed systems (preferably with EJB), Java, J2EE, WebLogic *Role:* Read and understand business requirements, functional requirements and develop detailed technical designs. Serve as "point person" for specific technical expertise. Must be able to interact effectively with project managers, developers and technical operations. *Required Skills:* Full development lifecycle experience as a technical lead. Must demonstrate experience delivering systems / projects from inception through implementation. 4+ years technical leadership experience w/ distributed systems, preferably with EJB. Java J2EE / EJB - preferably WebLogic High level of proficiency in Analysis, Design, Build, and Deployment of EJBs (strong server side experience) Experience w/OOAD and an understanding of patterns Experience creating and maintaining ant build scripts *Desired:* 3+ years Oracle database programming experience, including performance tuning.
