Excellent UNIX/AIX shell scripting knowledge. . Good Concept & Experience with load balancers & TCP/IP networking. . Proven problem solving and debugging skills . Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical ability. . Working knowledge of IBM WAS ND Version 6.1 . Knowledge of J2EE, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JDBC, J2EE Patterns, STRUTS and IBM portal services (portlets) would be a preference. .
