Should have experience in *installing and configuring various versions of MSSQL server*. Should have experience in *upgrading MSSQL server to 2005 and 2008. *Must have windows scripting skills for monitoring and reporting. Should have experience implementing *MSSQL* replication. Must have experience is implementing* DR solution for MSSQL using log shipping or SQL mirroring*. Should be able to hit the ground running & quickly identify the root cause behind the performance issues and provide solutions. Should have experience dealing with *MSSQL Dynamic management* views and functions for performance analysis.
