POSITION SUMMARY: After hours support team, required to work 12 hour shifts
for 3 days/week after normal business hours, corporate support experience in
a financial industry, knowledge of networking protocols, LAN administration,
Help desk ticketing system, Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows NT, 200,
XP, 7), support customers through telephone, remote access or in person
visits, troubleshoot/recommend solutions, moving of computer equipment,
possible travel to offices outside New York and Jersey City
Facilities. *Bachelors
