Provide estimates for projects and assess system impacts. Identify and document architecturally significant aspects/views of the systems. Deliver and collect best design practices across projects (e.g. decoupling and reuse). Provide rationale for design decisions. *Required skills and experience:* *3 - 5 years experience.* *Detailed knowledge about designing and architecture of the J2EE environment.* *Detailed knowledge about SPRING, STRUTS and HYBERNATE frame work.* *Detailed knowledge of Design Patterns used in Java development environment. * Healthcare Industry background preferred. Interaction with architecture groups. Guide the developers during development. Participate in code review to ensure good development standards are adhered to. Participate in design review with the review committee. Good communication skills that earn trust, motivate, persuade, and mentor. Good interpersonal and facilitation skills. Solid working knowledge of requirements management principles and techniques (e.g. use case). Proven experience in translating system architecture to specific design decisions. PL/SQL (Oracle 10G and SQL Server), EJB, Web Services, ANT.
