Essential Skills: . Hardware knowledge of P520,550,590,595 in POWER5,POWER6 . Building Lpar and vio . Experience on HMC . AIX and VIO Installations by various method . AIX and VIO upgradtaion, maintenance & Trouble Shooting . Virtualization on IBM P series Hardware and Client Configuration . SAN disk configuration to LPAR,VIO server . Firmware upgradtaion . AIX server customization . NIM installation and configuration . Experience on different level of Migration . mksysb management . Performance analysis and Tuning . HACMP Implementation, up gradation, maintenance & Trouble Shooting . Dynamic LPAR & Problem Determination * SSH configuration and Administration Desired Skills: . Experience on Data center migration . Preferable with P7 series skills . Experience in other Unix Operating system like HP UX and Sun Solaris and respective OS virtualization . . Knowledge on WPAR, Partition mobility * Design knowledge in AIX Environment Desired Certification: IBM certified AIX System Administration Cluster and HACMP certifications would be added advantage.
