*Position: BI Consultant Location: LaVergne, TN Duration: 3-6 Month Contract Rate: OPen* *The ideal candidate will be very strong (3 - 5+ years in each) in the following areas: * - Back-End Skills - SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) - Front-End Skills - SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - Excel Services - MOSS 2007 / Custom Web Part Development (in C# - must have at least 1 year of experience) If a candidate is exceptionally strong in only the front or back-end skill set that is acceptable but the ideal candidate will have both. A minimum of 7 total years of IT experience is required. A strong knowledge of BI concepts, in particular, the Kimball Dimensional Modelling concepts, is required. The ideal candidate will be extremely strong technically and be willing and able to take on a significant amount of the development work required for a late Jan deliverable. The interaction with the BI team will be high but very little direct interaction with the internal customer. Communication / interpersonal skills should be strong.
