Title: Technical Support Lead
Duration: 6 mos+
Location: CA


We are looking for a B2B Partner Solutions Technical Lead in support of our
clients' partners, to work as an individual contributor with the following
responsibilities:

- Work with customer technical contacts to influence technology decisions
and implementations for B2B initiatives;
- Enable the technical foundation for B2B solutions that automate and change
partners' processes/transactions related to internet commerce, ordering,
manufacturing, billing and collection processes for the Americas
- Monitor and participate as needed to resolve business support issues,
seeking to address root cause and prevent recurrence of partner impacting
issues
- Measure, report, and drive improvement in key performance indicators that
capture impact of B2B solutions on the effective execution of business
between the company and it's partners.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of related work experience with BS degree or equivalent plus
- 2 - 4 years experience in web-based software applications, specifically
e-commerce or B2B.
- At least 5 years high-tech industry experience.
- At least 3 years of customer facing support and engagement experience
- Strong written and spoken English language skills. Fluency in other
languages is highly desirable. Spanish language ability is definitely an
asset.
- Experience with key industry standards, including: RosettaNet, cXML, OCI,
ANSI X12 EDI
- Experience with B2B gateway solutions & vendors such as: WebMethods,
BizTalk, Websphere, Tibco, Seeburger, e2Open, GXS

Success criteria skills:

* Superior business process, analytic and reengineering skills
* Strong technical understanding and business acumen
* Customer relationship management including both technical and business
contacts
* Consulting and influencing skills, using a variety of communication
vehicles (phone, WebEx, e-mail, Skype, etc.)

This is a 40 hr/per week position, with a varying schedule based on the
location of the B2B Partner
