Requirements: - 8-10 years of related work experience with BS degree or equivalent plus - 2 - 4 years experience in web-based software applications, specifically e-commerce or B2B. - At least 5 years high-tech industry experience. - At least 3 years of customer facing support and engagement experience - Strong written and spoken English language skills. Fluency in other languages is highly desirable.
