*Large brokerage firm in Jersey City, NJ that is looking for a Java
developer to join their team.*



The individual will work on enhancements, production fixes, and maintenance
of the existing FX WorldView application.  The system is a real time, online
trading system.  It is used by internal and external BBH clients to trade a
variety of foreign exchange instruments across all major and minor
currencies.  Enhancements are strategic to obtaining and retaining clients,
and keeping the FX Worldview product ahead of the competition.

The individual would be involved in all phases or project life cycle from
requirements gathering/refining to post implementation maintenance and
support.  The individual would be needed onsite in the Jersey City, NJ
office and work in close collaboration with other team developers.

The individual should have strong requirements, analysis/design,
development, testing, documentation and communication skills, and ability to
work in a team environment. The individual should have experience working on
*real time transaction processing systems*.  The individual should have a
minimum of 7 years progressive Java coding experience developing web
applications with strong knowledge of the the following technologies: *J2EE,
RAD 7, WAS, JSP/Servlets, Javascript, EJB, AJAX, CSS, HTML, XML, DB2, UDB,
MQ, Log4J, CTG gateway/J2C *

The individual should be a quicker learner, and able to work independently
in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
