About Us
Role Summary/Purpose Will lead several initiatives for Energy Services
Sales Commercial finance organization. This will include the projects in
the area of VCP, ES Orders, integrating various commercial finance
processes and tools with the ITO digitization tool and new business
integrations.
Plan the various MGSP releases for each of initiative and lead the
technology decision on the initiatives.
Drive integration standardization for the various systems that sends
Orders information and improve the Data Quality
Essential Responsibilities
. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the MGSP for
Energy Services Sales Commercial finance organization.
. Responsible for the successful execution of the plan including
leading and executing software solutions based on the business
requirements through partnership with various business segments.
. Oversee, lead or manage multiple high impact software development
projects including project planning, Budget and resource management,
status communication, issue resolution, requirements gathering, solution
design and implementation.
. Provide leadership and project level management in the planning
evaluation, design, development, implementation, operation and control
of Information technology solution for the commercial finance organization.
. Will partner or lead the projects whenever the new businesses are
integrated or new systems are developed for the consolidated commercial
finance for Energy Services.
. Support the commercial finance functional team across the globe.
. Leverage common IT tools (e.g. Support Central, Sametime) to
encourage self-service support for production systems; develop strategy
for self-service support adoption by end users.
. Develop peer, cross-functional and cross our business relationship
to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness to deliver and
support quality software projects.
. Manage supplier relationships to ensure ongoing delivery and
operational support of high quality, cost effective solutions.
. Apply energy project management methodologies (PMM) and Quality
tools and tollgates to deliver the project in timely manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
. With at least 3 years of experience in the application of
Information Technology to business solutions)
. Minimum of 3 years experience in business systems analysis and
support. Should have worked on all aspects of system development life
cycle (requirements through implementation).
. At least 3 years of hand-on experience of leading and managing at
least 2 full life cycle implementation. At least 3 years of experience
working with the SDLC, RUP or PMBOK methodology.
. 3 or more years of experience working in a global environment with
project team in different global locations.
. Have driven projects and has hands-on experience in two or more of
these technologies Java, J2EE, Webmethods, VB/.Net, Informatica, Data
Warehouse, Cognos and salesforcedotcom. Relevant functional experience
with enterprise-level systems.
. Demonstrated leadership skills.

Experience - 8 - 15 yrs
