SAP ERP Functional Solutions Lead

Role Summary
The Functional Solution Leader demonstrates leadership in SAP ERP
program excellence by driving strategy & governance (S&G) and assuring
that Energy SAP ERP projects designs and development are scalable,
adapting SAP standard solutions, industry best practices and are of high
quality. In this role you will utilize your experience & expertise to
solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and
influence short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
- Engage with SAP ERP project teams and supporting functions to
provide expertise and value-add engagement, leading to business process
solution designs with the fewest custom elements
- Leverage existing solutions and global designs to drive
standardization & simplification to reduce implementation timelines & costs
- Communicate and continuously improve SAP S&G standards, policies, &
governance requirements
- Identify critical path decisions; make recommendations, and
influence program leaders and business process owners to maximize
project payback
- Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to
evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective
solutions for business processes
- Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and
assure that they are in concert with business objectives and goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- 6+ years of Industry experience including at least 4 years hands-on
experience with SAP ERP in Finance & Controlling module. Should have
strong functional knowledge in GL, AR, AP, CO, Asset Accounting, ECCS &
Treasury
- Experience in supply chain finance, SD-FI and MM-FI integrations,
Finance integrations in Repetitive and Project manufacturing cycles &
Period Closing activities
- Completed at least two full implementation lifecycles
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP ECC6 is highly desired
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Job Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience - 6 - 16 yrs
