The consultant may also be involved in tuning initiatives . The TQA will develop, maintain, optimize, run, and analyze automated scripts and automated script results . He or she will also support a variety of projects, assisting with any testing tasks that are highly technical in nature. Other tasks include : Involved in training of staff in any form of automated testing, including functional, performance, stress, load, and tuning. Will have frequent interaction with members of the Development and Infrastructure teams, and may work on test tools and environment assessments / recommendations .* Required Skills :*** · *Automated test tool experience ; Mercury / HP tools preferred .* · *Experience in testing software applications.* · *Experience with performance, stress, and load testing.* · *Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.* · *Experience with QA methodologies and technique.* · *Experience with training/mentoring of staff new to using automated tools.* · *Excellent oral and written communication skills.* · *Excellent at adapting to a fast-changing environment.* · *Client is a 24x7x365 operation.
