QUALIFICATIONS: • 8+ years of IT or related industry experience. • Domain
experience in Annuities or in a relevant industry. • Excellent customer
focus, with experience working with matrix relationships. • Strong
Interpersonal (listening, written and verbal communication) and presentation
skills. • Skill at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and
tactfully. • Proven ability to set clear expectations and demand high
performance. • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals.
• Ability to facilitate conceptual discussions and develop conceptual
models. • Strong modeling skills to clearly depict complex business concepts
(tool: visio). • Critical thinking and analytical skills to understand
business processes, identify gaps, and facilitate resolution. • Demonstrated
ability to work from concept through detailed requirements..• Bachelors
Degree preferred.Financial and Annuities background a must
