Duration: 1 year (extensions up to 4 years) Start Date: January 2011 *Project Description:* We are seeking several SAP CRM Consultants to assist our client with a large-scale SAP CRM implementation. Please see descriptions of the individual roles below. *Role #1: CRM Lead Consultant* *Required General Skills:* • Must have 5 to 10 years of experience implementing CRM with involvement in the full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle as either overall lead or solution lead/architect. • Must have implemented at least 2 CRM projects. • Must have experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures. • Must have SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools. • Must have a demonstrated understanding of SAP CRM server architecture. • Must have experience working in a Solution Manager environment. • Must have a demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points. • Must have experience with SAP CRM Analysis, design, and documentation skills. • Must have strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels • Must have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v. 2 or v.3. • Must have ITIL Practitioner Certification for either ITIL v. 2 or v.3. • Certification in sub-modules of SAP CRM is a plus. *Role #2: SAP CRM Grantor Program Management Subject Matter Expert * *Required General Skills:* • Must have 3 to 7 years of experience in implementing SAP Funds Management and Grants Management. • Must have 2 years of experience in integrating SAP Public Sector, SAP Collections and Disbursements and SAP CRM. • Must have experience with both the grantor and grantee portions of functionality, a strong understanding of linkages to other modules including document management, and be conversant in the full life cycle from grant planning through closure. • Must have experience working in a Solution Manager environment. • Must have experience with the cost allocation and performance accounting including diverse organization structures, costs, services and factors that influence them. • Must have experience implementing the Grantor Program Management based on SAP CRM and have integrated it with Public Sector Collections and Disbursements in Finance. • Must have experience in configuring the SAP GM module including complete Unit Testing of FM, GM module. … Funds & Grants Management • Must have experience in working in the Blueprinting stage and coming up with the detailed implementation design. • Must have experience in developing Business Process Procedures (BPP's). • Must have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3. • Certification in SAP Public Sector funds and/or grants management is a plus. *Role #3: CRM Forms Application Development Consultant * *Required General Skills:* • Must have 2 to 5 years experience in SAP NetWeaver administration. • Must have experience with SAP in a UNIX (preferably Linux) and Windows environment. • Must have experience working in a Solution Manager environment. • Prior experience as a Solution Manager administrator is strongly preferred. • Must have experience with SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals. • Must have knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general and SAP Enterprise Services Architecture. • Must have the ability to map business processes to technology in SAP technology. • Must have experience as an Oracle Database Administrator. • Must have experience with SAP Solution Manager, Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) and System Landscape Directory (SLD). • Must have SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration experience. • Must have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3. • SAP certification in Migration is a plus. -- Best Regards, Suman 678-248-2096 EXT 255 [email protected] IM: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
