Change the % differential to apply to the prorated salary amount(s) in each split in a pay period, this will ensure we are not overpaying or underpaying salaried employees. •Redesign the schema regarding differentials as it relates to half-pay or unearned illness calculations to prorate appropriately so employees are not over or underpaid differentials. •Provide knowledge transfer documentation related to the deliverables . •Assist with payroll production support issues related to payroll schema *Genuine references are must. * Thanks & Regards David.
