Responsibilities include planning, analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration testing of small to medium projects as per the Technical Specification * Demonstrated proficiency in using existing and/or new technologies. Provide technical leadership (i.e. problem resolution, estimating, deployment release notes, research, and proof of concepts). *Technical skills include:* *Web Development, Java Script, HTML, DHTML, Visual Basic Script, VB Applications, ActiveX, Active Server Pages(ASP), SQL, COM/COM /DCOM, Active Directory, Internet Information Server(IIS), XML/XSL, Crystal Reports/Crystal Enterprise, SQL Report Server, C#, NET).* * Understanding of Internet/Intranet security and best practices for development. * Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, design, and development of Microsoft software solutions * Minimum 5 years experience working on small to large projects * Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, C# .NET, and SQL * Experience with Visual Studio (2003, 2005, 2008) and .NET Framework (all versions). * Proven strong and effective analytical problem solving skills.
