*Job Title: SAP Techno/Functional Consultant Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 18-24 months* *Project Details* Our client is migrating from Oracle to SAP ECC 5.0 and once that project is complete will be upgrading to Sap ECC 6.0 Require an SAP technical/functional expert with experience in SAP Benefits, Payroll, OM, PA, ECM, ESS / MSS configuration and support with a working knowledge of additional SAP HR modules. The Sr. Application Developer will analyze and define SAP HR functions, business processes; user needs and performs functional configuration and maintenance tasks for SAP Benefits and ESS / MSS module according to operational and business needs. Good understanding of SDLC methodology and good communication skills are required. Define and document business requirements for approval using standard templates. Ability to work closely with the customer to find solutions and identify business process improvements. Strong technical and configuration knowledge of SAP Benefits and ESS / MSS Module excellent hands-on knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasks, experience in implementing SAP customizations, strong understanding of HCM business process. Experience with ABAP vendor interfaces a plus. Must have good communication skills as this person will be in front of the customer 75% of the time.
