They needs someone analytical who can look at the current data, how they are using, and project and suggest ways they can use it and do it in the future. *LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED, FACE TO FACE NEEDED* *Duration: *3 year contract *Openings: *2 *Location: *Atlanta, GA (midtown) *Rate: *$50.hr. Interviews: 1st round done this week, over the phone (30 minutes) , the 2nd round MUST BE FACE TO FACE (it will be an 1.5 hour interview) *Initial Project Assignment / Responsibilities:* An Enterprise Data Modeling Team is being expanded to support the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) initiatives. Incumbent will develop detailed designs for BI & DW projects Incumbent will assist in implementation of OBIEE+ to entire enterprise *Skills:* *Required: * - Strong SQL with complex queries - Experience with Data Architecture including knowledge of data modeling techniques, entity relationship diagrams, ERWIN, etc - Star Schema Data Modeling experience - Experience with Data Warehouse Design - In-depth experience with BI tools such as Brio, Interactive Reporting, Siebel Analytics / OBIEE+, Access, GQL - Data model construction - Teradata, DB2, Oracle, and/or SQL Server - Involvement in all aspects of SDLC and accustom to working with technical documents (flowcharts, programming specifications, etc.) - Very good verbal and written communication skills *Preferred: * - Experience with other BI development tools - Brio, Interactive Reporting - Experience in Report and Dashboard design - Familiarity with configuring ODBC connections - Data Warehouse Design Experience - Relational Data Modeling Experience - Knowledge of Unix Scripts - Experience creating/supporting stored procedures - Experience with Java, ASP .NET, C#, Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, COBOL Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
