I have a position open in Minneapolis, it is for a Java Team Lead,
candidates are going to need lead experience on a couple of projects, as
well as hands-on technical development experience. The manager will hire
off of two phone screens if candidates are not local, but communication is

Strong Plus:
EJB3 with Annotations
WebLogic
Knowledge of Dependency Injection
Experience with Continuous Integration
