Interview Process:
Technical phone screen with tech leads
Team:
Mix: Jr, Sr, Architect, Tech lead, Development
Manager (3 here, 3 India). Leads manage delivery of internal projects or
work with vendors.
Team Technologies:
ASP.Net 3.5 (going to 4.0 this year); SQL Server,
legacy asp (India), Live link by open text- records mgt (1 CE onsite, 2
India); Domino ( 2 India, 1 onsite FTE- migrating off of it); SharePoint
2010; All Microsoft techs-desktop techs- visual basic;
Typical Projects:
New development, service packages, upgrades,
re-writes, SharePoint Development.
Culture-
