*Work Scope (Functional and Technical):* To provide technical support in the SAP Basis Administration area for the CCS SAP system landscapes. Technical support is defined as “any modification” to our SAP system landscapes. Some overtime is possible if critical break/fix is impacting the business. All other overtime, will be schedule and communicated in a timely fashion. Working schedule may require shifted hours to accommodate European time-zone support. ABAP skills…… Hickory indefinite, *Objectives: * Must follow all ITSD policies and procedures as communicated in documentation. Again this implies any modifications to our SAP system landscapes (project or break/fix) must follow all CCS ITSD SAP standards. *Approach (Phases and Schedule): * Work will be assigned as needed by internal resources. This will include periodic operational support tasks, break-fix problem solving, and other tasks as needed. *Deliverables: * Complete operational support tasks on schedule. Meet SLA metrics for break-fix case resolution. Must do complete knowledge transfers at the end or during activities, to ensure proper closure of activity.
