*REQUIRED SKILLS: * 5+ years of experience with Java application development and systems-level design Experience working directly from business requirements to create technical designs for large scale, high performing, integrated application environments Must have experience with Cognos 8 BI SDK's, specifically integrating with other Web applications using single sign-on and application security Experience using Cognos BI 8.4 tool including Framework Manager, Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Query Studio and Metric Studio Comfortable in a Java, JSF 1.2/2.0, Hibernate, and EJB3 environment Extensive experience with technical problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting Able to work independently and proceed with objectives without direct supervision RDBMS, SQL, and modeling skills, specifically with DB2 and Oracle Experience creating advanced reports in Cognos including multi-prompt reports, drill down reports and conditional layouts, etc. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XHTML experience with Cognos strongly preferred Strong design, communication, testing and documenting skills Understanding of Agile principles and project scheduling Familiarity with Subversion and version control best practices Experience with IBM Rational Application Developer or Eclipse IDE's Experience with JSF AJAX component libraries such as RichFaces, PrimeFaces, or IceFaces a plus Web Services, SOA, Portlet development a plus BA/BS in Computer Science or related field Thank you for your time and consideration, *Thanks & Regards, John Naidu |Sr. Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
