This includes effectively communicating and translating the results into business insights and actions. The analysis includes understanding the mix/rate and volume impact of change, macro economic factors, store traffic, and competitive impact. Provide fact-based financial analysis that supports the business case for proposed investment. Economic modeling and ad hoc analysis (inventory and labor optimization modeling, efficiency and utilization analysis, etc) Complete what-if scenarios and contingency planning analysis. Partner with the business team members to do performance management activities Provide appropriate input into test design to ensure results can be relied upon to make investment decisions. Provide external financial information on competitors and the industry. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Business is required. 3+ years of financial and business analysis experience required. Advanced knowledge in Excel and Access is required.
