Desired skills include: Systems Thinker- needs to be able to view data and information end-to-end to identify variation and gaps Six Sigma Green Beltor higher Quantitative Analysis- expertise in quantifying material flow through and distilling key data in ways that are consumable by leaders for decision-making purposes Organizational Skills- need to be able to aggregate information and store for future access Research Skills- ability to research best practices and influence positions Facilitation- ability to facilitate small meetings and support larger meetings Interview and Documentation- ability to conduct interviews, document outcomes and assimilate information to build end-to-end view Presentation:ability to develop summary presentations and present findings to executives (Level 31 to ELT) Project Management:ability to develop work plan and execute independently Technology:expert in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
