At least 7 years of development experience in Java technologies: Java/J2EE, Solaris, Oracle, WebLogic, etc. . At least 3 years of hands on development experience in front-end technologies including XML, XSL, JavaScript, DHTML. . At least 7 years of leading large scale Unix based J2EE application with very high transaction volume, 100GB plus of Database, 10,000 plus customer base from multiple lines of business. . At least 4 years of experience of directly/ indirectly leading a multi-skill team of 2 to 10 plus developers and non-developers. . At least 5 years of experience in delivery of parallel release of high pressure and visibility . . Large scale application development experience with comprehensive usage experience of Profiler, Load tester, versioning and Debuggers for application, Database, Deployment, etc. . At least 3 years of direct client and stakeholder management experience. . At least 3 years of "Business/ Solutions Development" and Requirements Facilitation/ Creation experience. . At least 2 years of Workflow Management system knowledge. . At least 3 years of strong experience in offshore-onshore model of delivery. . At least 5 plus years of total work experience in IT/ Software Development. . BS/ MS in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Degree. . Very Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills. . Very Good Written & Verbal Communication skills and strong presentation skills. . At least one reference each from: IT, Clients and Direct Team members. . Good to have: Telecom Experience, AJAX, Flash, Applet, Industry or Company Accolades. . Demonstrated ability to self start and proactively manage deliverables along with stakeholder expectations.
