You will act as a key team member in taking features at the design wireframe stage and converting them to production code. You will be working alongside a team of other talented C# and front end developers with real-world UI experience. The right candidate must have excellent C# and front end development skills and a passion for creating world-class software. *Required Skills**:* BS in Computer Science or related field. *Minimum 3 years experience in Object-Oriented Design And Development (OOP)*. Exceptional C# and front end development skills (e.g. WinForms/WPF) with at-least 2 years of industry experience developing high-frequency client software in *C# .NET 2.0 & 3.5*. Demonstrated expertise developing complex thick-client GUIs starting from concept through the entire development lifecycle. Experience in *TDD (Test Driven Development)/Unit Test*. Passion for creating superb software architecture. Excellent grasp of software engineering principles including development and release lifecycle processes. Ability to learn a new industry and technology quickly. Able to work both independently and in teams on disparate tasks - highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills. Exceptional problem solving skills. A passion for learning new technologies and best practices in software development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *The Following Skills Are A Plus**:* Experience in Agile Methodologies (e.g. SCRUM). Experience in developing high-frequency WPF application(s). Knowledge of Design Patterns (e.g. GoF / Headfirst). Knowledge of UI Automation testing. Knowledge of 3rd party Grid and Dock Layout components such as Dev Xpress.
