Location: Rancho Cordova, CA, Duration: 4 months+ SAP HCM Consultant with experience in SAP Talent Management module areas of Performance Management (PM) module and Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) module. Prefer consultant have ECC 6.0 with EhP4 experience. Must have a strong HCM consulting background in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Managements (OM), and Personnel Development (PD) modules. Must have a thorough understanding of the integration points between PM, ECM, PA, OM and PD, as well as the impact to MSS/ESS. Must be able to perform a detailed mapping of functional business requirements to SAP capabilities and understand enhancement points (BAdIs) used in PM and ECM. Must be able to design and suggest best practices on using the Qualifications Catalog as part of the integration with PM and OM objects. Should possess strong communication skills (oral and written) and be able to present and interact effectively with business owners and end users.
