Track test cases automated by project, automated test cases created, validated and Accepted by the client, # of times executed, expected hourly savings over manual test case execution, actual savings realized, ROI, etc. Create bar & pie charts from the raw data, creating concise, non-redundant, yet complete powerpoint decks for consumption by executive management. Decide what raw data is important in order to be able to answer management questions or in order to compute ROI, cost, make a proposal to do More work, etc. Participate in Automation tracking and reporting Rollout of template and getting it up and running (process, training, action items). Monthly report & meeting. Rollout ROI template and process. Coordinate action items in getting ROI filled out for each applicable set of test cases under consideration for Automation. Keep the pipeline of test cases assigned for automation coming. Work with team for test cases. Ensure consistent definition and Application of t-shirt sizes - criteria for setting TCs as simple, medium, complex, or very complex.Obtain information for summary rollup and tracking With respect to TC folder assignments, what’s automatable and what’s not, progress to date.Obtain information from the Verticals (Test Managers & Directors) for summary rollup and tracking and comparison to what data are saying.
