Please review and let me know if you have an interest. *Title: Senior Actuate Developer Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania* *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Designing, developing and unit testing Actuate reports. · Write detailed design specifications. · Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. · Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions. · Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs. *POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS:* · BA/BS degree with three to five years of relevant experience. · Required experience in complex Actuate e.Designer (v9) development (including API), Visual Basis 6.0 or above and working knowledge of MS SQL 2008. · In depth knowledge writing and tuning Actuate reports, including printed reports/correspondence. · Sound understanding of Actuate Java Object Interface (JOI). · Working knowledge of MS SQL stored procedures. · Strong team player with ability to work both independently and as part of a team across multiple locations, self-starter. · Proven background improving process quality and providing system automation recommendations and strategies to manage solutions and data efficiently. · Strong SDLC process knowledge. · Effective oral and written communication skills. · Work in a collaborative office environment with other developers, business analysts, and a project management team. *POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):* · Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) preferred). · Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products.
