No H1s for this position. Role: Oracle Systems DBA – contract thru 1st qtr of 2013 4 positions - 1 person will be a lead and will need experience with GoldenGate. The other 3 do not have to have GoldenGate, but need to be strong in Data Guard/streams and replication. Skills: Oracle DB Administration experience with strong knowledge of AIX, Solaris or Linux Oracle 10GR2/11G, CRS/RAC/ASM and Data Guard experience Design/deployment/production hot-hot replication support of Oracle GoldenGate product RMAN backup, setup and performance troubleshooting Other info: Need to have hands-on RAC experience. Not just book knowledge. Must have build and implemented RAC from scratch. Must know physical standby database and dataguard very well. Not just book knowledge. Must know RMAN backup and recovery thoroughly. Must be able to describe exact steps for different recovery scenarios. Must have implemented backup from scratch. If GoldenGate is mentioned on resume, candidate must have worked on golden gate or must have thorough knowledge. Not just reading some material for interview.
