* *Position: UNIX Engineer* *Duration: 3-6 Months* *Location: Charlotte, NC/OR/Birmingham, AL/OR/ Minneapolis, MN/OR/ Tempe, AZ * *(Multiple Project Locations)* * * 7+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to build and support at least 2 of 4 UNIX operating systems that include Linux, Solaris 10, AIX 5.3 and higher, and HPUX 11.23 or higher Responsible for building, maintaining and troubleshooting OS issues to support our application infrastructure. Builders may be required to document a special configuration build sheet for others to support in production. All UNIX systems (AIX - HACMP) are managed with Veritas Volume manager and the knowledge for VVM is a must and/or HACMP.
