*Job Title: *Business Analyst (2 positions) *Contract Length: *8 months *Location: *Windsor, CT *Contract Range*: $35.00 to 37.00 Corp to Corp Must have AGILE experience, have the ability to work multiple workstreams, (example - the will be working on the Healthcare Provider and consumer side workstreams) they must be able to keep the requirements at a high level, *Duties* Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less experienced Business Analysts. Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. *Skills* - Technical and business analysis experience. - Commitment to improvement of customer experience and service quality - Appreciates/values diversity in leadership styles - Knowledge of use cases, process flows, swim lanes and other related artifacts. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent efforts. - Ability to effectively translate between business and technical language. - Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment - Focused, Versatile and Resourceful Team Player that is comfortable under pressure. - Excellent communicator (ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal) - Ability to present information at multiple levels *Education* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least four, typically six years of solid, diverse work experience in IT.
