Number of Positions: 1

*Requirements*
- Extensive understanding and experience in system development life cycle.
- Strong background in mainframe and distributed platform testing and
testing procedures including creation of test cases/scripts, creation of
test data, and validation of test data.
- Mainframe background required with expert level of COBOL, JCL, IMS, CICS,
DB2.
- Hands on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) required, Performance Testing and End to End
Testing is required.
- Hands on knowledge using the following debugging tools:
o Abend-Aide
o File-Aid
o Expediter
- Knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 data is a plus.
- Strong workgroup coordination and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Visio is required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in testing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
*Department Preferences:*
- Ideal candidate will have healthcare application experience.
- Previous experience in BCBSM IT is a plus.
- Knowledge in Medicare / Medicare Advantage is a Plus.
