Title: TIBCO Developer / Testing Knowledge. Location: VA Start to be 2/7/2011 and no later than 2/14/2011 Description of services/scope of work: The objective of the work associated with this Work Order is to assist in testing of the Data project. These would include standardizing on a performance testing framework, configuration and tuning for performance improvements, testing tool selection, implementation and use. During this engagement, Resource Point will perform the following activities: 1) Performance testing 2) Three major areas to focus: Performance Testing, Validation (documentation), QA · Performance Testing: With existing data (4 or 5 process files) determine the volume through-put, Break-point, and configuration of the files. · Validation: Once complete scripts have been determined and used in system / volume testing, then go through existing scripts to modify any new / updates to the existing scripts for use in later system testing. · QA: This project is QA, the company has developers that wrote the system, and applied some QA. A professional is needed to now do the complete QA job on the system. 1. Gain an understanding of project and assess current performance testing activities/processes through meetings with Client resources and through documents provided. 2. Identify gaps and evaluate test coverage current performance testing activities/processes. Resource Point will deliver a Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis Document that will include recommendations for improving performance testing processes for TIBCO projects. 3. Gain an understanding of test requirements for the project.
