*JOB TITLE: Identify management Architect/Implementer (CA Identity
Management Suite, SOA)*

*Job Description: *
The *Architect/Implementer* shall have extensive experience in architecting
and deploying identity management solutions *using CA’s Identity Management
Suite*. Extensive experience utilizing the capabilities of the IDM
technology framework to support the identity lifecycle across all IT
environments; from the Web to the mainframe, centralize and automate users
identity life cycle creation, modification and deletion and ensure that only
authorized users have access to critical IT resources. Extensive experience
implementing workflows and automating processes within *the Identity Manager
* suite of products as well as integrating *IDM CA Admin tool* sets by
developing necessary new connectors or changing existing connectors to
ensure a smooth integration of the new architecture with existing
infrastructure. Hands-on experience with projects supporting *Service
Oriented Architecture* principles. Works without technical oversight or as
the leader of a team as required. Shall possess strong oral and written
communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey concepts,
issues, reports, and other deliverables to counterparts.
*REQUIREMENTS*
Extensive experience developing and implementing *Identity Management
Solutions using CA Identity Manager and, CA- Role & Compliance Manager *
Experience with *Web Service Technology and Security*
Experience using the following technologies: *Java, J2EE, JSP,
EJB, XML, JDBC, Servlets, JPA, XSLT,WSDL and WebSphere. *

Experience with open source software *like JBOSS* etc.
Experience with *JAXB. JAX-RPC.JAX-WS, SSL, MTOM, Apache
ServiceMix, Fuse Mediation Router, BPEL, Drools engine, soapUI.*
Experience in developing applications on *WebSphere Application
Server*.
Experience with *SQL, DB2, JCL, Oracle, Eclipse IDE and MKS.*
* *
Experience with as *Shell, Jython and Jacl scripting languages*.
Experience with following operating systems Windows, solaris,
LINUX, HP/UX
Experience leading and directing efforts of other developers on
the project.
Clear understanding of *SOA Principles and Concepts*, Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and principles CMM/CMMI.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to
support software engineering lifecycle (requirements analysis, design
alternatives; detail program specifications etc.)
Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who
adapts to a dynamic work environment.
Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data
analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application
systems.
Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively;
Strong and proven problem solving.
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
