*Position*: Data Analyst *Duration*: Long Term We are looking for a *Data Analyst *to assist with a *LONG TERM *project located in Richardson, TX! The chosen candidate MUST be a highly trained individual that specializes in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various resources. Skills Required: · Proficient in cross-platform data mining · Interfaces with SQL server specifically using Access data projects · Knowledge of Siebel Data Model. · Perform Data Analysis and manipulation of large files in Windows and UNIX environments · Uses Microsoft SQL Database experience, Data Modeling Tools, Data Mining tools, J2EE and SOA expertise. · UML experience, (Use Cases and Activity Diagrams). · Must have solid working knowledge of XML, XMLNS, XML Schemas and DTDs, XSL, XSLT, XPath, Web Services · Able to model from conceptual/logical to physical/ data base design - preferably DB2 and SQL Server · Expert use of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. · Would prefer someone with a 4 year degree, preferably in statistics, computer science, or business administration · MUST HAVE SOLID COMMUNICATION SKILLS Responsibilities: · Compilation and analysis of numerical information to produce IT consumable information. · Data analyst often takes on other additional roles.
