Please do not send candidates they do not have both development and testing I’m looking for a Tester to work as part of a team which tests the Category Page Editorial Tool (CPET). CPET is a User Interface which assists users in building Category Pages (XML frameworks). These Category pages then get stored in a large repository. The length of the contract would start out as a three month contract with possible extensions. I could use the person yesterday, so to speak. As always with any tester working on WestlawNext projects we would really like to have a tester that has development experience. The job requirements are listed below: Senior Software Test Engineer to assist in the development & implementation of test solutions for a multi-tiered web application • Proven ability to develop and implement automation solutions utilizing both developed and out of the box applications • At least 3 years of C# development experience. Some Java experience would be beneficial • Experience with IDE’s Eclipse and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 • Experience using software development tools to test applications at various layers of the application stack. Experienced with automation tools such as Selenium and Ranorex • Experience working with XML/XSD is a must • Additional experience with the following technologies: SQL, JUnit, NUnit and FLEX • Flexibility in approach. Equal ability to work on the technical and non-technical aspects of software testing. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
