Required Skills: . Expert knowledge of the Microsoft design and development platform, especially Expression Blend, and XAML . Expert knowledge of Microsoft Expression Blend features and components, especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding, Templates, Styling, as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications . Proficient knowledge of popular graphic design and illustration applications such as Microsoft Expression Design . Proficient knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, including User Centered Design, Interaction Design and Visual Communication Design . Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, Microsoft SQL, and SQL database management tools . Expert knowledge of the Microsoft design and development platform, especially Expression Blend, and XAML .
