Developer Duration: 12 months WI De Pere 3500 Packerland Drive 54115 Assignment: Programmer Analyst for the Partner/Enhancement Team Partner/Enhancement projects are typically short in duration and build on the existing functionality of a partner solution. The business user departments are typically Marketing, Actuarial, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service. The business areas define the requirements, and the programmer is not required to interact with external agencies. This person will need the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and handle last minute requests. A thorough knowledge of creating and executing test plans is also needed. The ideal candidate will have base understanding of PL/SQL and C#. This person will complete analysis, coding, testing, and deployment for their assigned projects, including the associated project methodology documentation. Environment: C#, PL/SQL and Unix scripting skills are required. Our Policy Administration system runs on an Oracle database. Verbal and Written Communication: Effectively put thoughts, questions, comments and feedback into spoken and written words using the appropriate language and terminology for the audience as well as correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. System knowledge: Ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of insurance rating within a policy admin system. Organization: Fully capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively achieve desired outcomes. Testing: Able to develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure program quality is attained and expected results are produced. Documentation: Able to develop procedure/function documentation to support usability and ongoing maintenance. Methodology: Must follow Ameriprise Auto & Home (AAH) project methodology.
