Location: NYC Role: .Net Developers Duration: three to six months Seeking four (4) .NET developers to work with the iDevelopers and Technical Architect to implement the new Visual Identity and re-designed Insights workspace modules. The developers will work within the pre-determined coding standards agreed by our client for technologies like .NET code version (e.g. 4 or 3.5) (not exhaustive list). The .NET team will use a feature task list to prioritize their work. All code will be deployed into a daily continuous build environment to ensure quality of delivered artifacts. Two (2) of the four (4) .NET resources need to have business logic experience *Required* - 5+ years of development experience in large enterprise or high-volume transactional environment - Experience as Software Engineer in a Web Applications / Application Programmer capacity using .NET - Expert-level C# programming skills, both within and outside the ASP.NETenvironment - HTML, XHTML and CSS - XML - JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, AJAX - Strong working experience of Object-oriented development web paradigm and deep experience in working with database-driven websites - Extensive experience working directly with customers - BA or BS degree in Computer Science or a related field or related experience *Highly Desired* - SharePont 2007 and/or 2010 - Dynamics CRM - BizTalk *Desired* - E-Commerce Experience - Past experience working with Agile teams and following agile practices of test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration, etc. - Experience leading and mentoring individuals and teams *Required Competencies* - You have a commitment to producing top quality, well designed and flexible custom web applications. - You have very strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design - You have the demonstrated ability to design and assist in the timely delivery of high-quality software. - You have strong written, oral, and visual communication skills. - You have strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills. - You have strong documentation skills including experience writing proposals and statements of work. - You have excellent client facing and presentation skills - You have team leadership experience - You are at ease presenting and interacting with executive-level customers. - You have the ability to successfully influence others to meet objectives. - You take a consultative approach to solve business problems using technology. - You have experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. - You are a thought leader and strategist, uniquely able to implement tactical solutions. - You are capable of working with minimal supervision. - You are knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex technical solutions.
