ERIC will improve business processes within the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation Tax and provide Ohio employers and third party administrators the ability to do business with the Office of Unemployment Compensation through the internet. * * *Job Description:* · Identify the development tasks and help the management to provide effort estimation for mini projects. · Serves as the day-to-day manager for the second-tier support. · Participate as a team member and provide directions to the team leads to resolve the business issues on a daily basis. · Co-ordination of change management impacts on affected ares in the system, · Integrate technical expertise and business understanding and provide recommendations to the end client to improve the business processes. · Lead design activities and designs solutions for others to develop. · Revises procedure, operational guides, and supporting information. · Completes development to implement complex components. · Participates in cross-functional teams. · May provide mentoring and guidance to developers. · Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. · Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. · Contributes to strategic direction for teams. · Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g.Web-site Development). · Consults with team members and other organizations, clients and vendors on complex issues * * *Skills Required**:* · 8+ years experience in software development and writing code. · 5+ years of experience with implementing mid to large-scale Java applications in Java/JEE with WebSphere Application Server. · Proficiency of web application development, familiar with JSF, Websphere Portal, JSP/Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JAAS. · 3+ years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL programming. · Experience with Websphere Portal Server is a big plus. · Proficiency of Design Patterns, software design(OOA/OOD) and development methodologies and Industry best practices.. · Experience on multiple full release project life cycles. · Advanced understanding of modern Software Configuration Management). · Knowledge of testing tools and unit test and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies. · Able to define quality and security standards. · Advanced understanding of build, release and configuration methods. · Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. · Strong client and vendor management skills. · General project management/team leader skills. *Qualifications* *Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.* -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
