Position:  Sr. Application Help Desk/Ticketing Management Consultant

Location: Burlington MA

Duration: 4+ months ( could go much longer)



This resource will manage the help desk ticketing system for multiple
applications including  ERP and CRM applications.



The resource will oversee and act as a “ go between”  for the help desk
ticketing system between the internal Business Analyst team and the managed
services vendors that will  be resolving the software application ticket
issues.

Ideally this resource could also evaluate the current ticketing system and
the managed services vendors and applications it is connected to and make
recommendations for improved performance and workflow,  and/or what
ticketing system should be used.



Familiarity and experience with, IT Service Management (ITSM), is the
practice of managing information technology systems through the use of
processes that align with business needs while delivering end-to-end
services to business customers and end users.





*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: *

ERP, CRM application Helpdesk ticketing system management



*Client is running and it would be a plus if the resource has experience
with:*

Oracle EBS,

Oracle CRM OnDemand

Sharepoint

Footprint ticketing software, from Numara Software
