The resource will oversee and act as a “ go between” for the help desk ticketing system between the internal Business Analyst team and the managed services vendors that will be resolving the software application ticket issues. Ideally this resource could also evaluate the current ticketing system and the managed services vendors and applications it is connected to and make recommendations for improved performance and workflow, and/or what ticketing system should be used.
