*Client: MERCK PHARMA* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Length: 6 months plus* *Rate: 35/hr* This individual should possess excellent business analysis, system analysis, trouble identification and problem resolution skills, and must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Windows 2003 based server support, hardware virtualization, 3 – 5 years Citrix XenApp v4.5 based application development and/or operational support is highly desirable. Knowledge of application streaming, AppSense and triCerat is also desirable. Candidates should have a broad technical background and be multi-dimensional, with the ability to master multiple applications/technologies across the broad business discipline. The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of, and demonstrated commitment to the IEEE/SDLC and be familiar with CMM and ITIL processes. Formal certifications in Citrix 4.5, CMM, ITIL, and TQM practices are desirable. Basic Project management skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer interaction and communication skills. Those applying should be able to manage multiple concurrent assignments while making suggestions for improving quality and efficiency.
