*JOB TITLE : QA Analyst Location : Boston, MA Duration : 12 Months Rate : $28/Hr on C2C* Description: The QA Analyst will provide expert quality assurance services; perform and lead tests to ensure that all systems meet minimum standards and requirements; work closely with applications team; create complex test data for applications', document testing data; devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations; perform complex work flow analysis and recommend improvements. Description of Project: The purpose of this project is to assist the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with reporting, analytics and integration of information related to Transparency of state finances and spending. Major components of this effort include the following: Data sourcing from multiple agencies, sub-recipients, and vendors involved with ARRA related programs Staging, validation and transformation of data provided by the aforementioned organizations Centralization and organization of data for optimized reporting, analytics, and overall transparency Design, implementation, and management of public and internal facing web based reporting. Implementation of processes and controls across the above components Specific Deliverables: Assistance with unit test design and execution across several components including Data Staging and Validation Modules Data Transformation Module Data Mart / Warehouse Business Intelligence Application Web based dashboards and interfaces System testing design and execution across the above components Documentation of above components and knowledge transfer as needed Experience Required: At least 4 years of specialized experience in unit and system testing of technology integration projects At least 2 of the 4 years of testing experience conducted for business intelligence / data warehousing environments including technologies and processes across data sourcing, validation, reconciliation, and related ETL functions; data warehouse and data mart performance; front end reporting tool performance; transparency confirmation; and delivery of data feeds to external recipients outside of the client organization Experience in creating test case and following proven test practices and approaches Experience in test execution, issue tracking, and problem identification and resolution Ability to demonstrably illustrate all above experience through: Technical and functional interviews Presentation of sanitized deliverables from past projects of similar nature Multiple client reference testimonials State and or federal government experience helpful, but not mandatory Skills Required: Test case development Test data development Test case execution and self management Technology unit and system testing design and execution Process unit and system testing design and execution Strong understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts and related components Strong communication and documentation skills Consistent attention to detail Overall high degree of professionalism ---------------------------------------- Thanks and Best Regards, Sam Riley | Sr Technical Recruiter Email: s...@panzersolutions.com Direct: 201-710-8278 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
