Location : KOP, PA

- Create clear and thorough technical product publications including (but
not limited to):
- Implementation/installation guides
- End user guides
- Release notes
- Assist with documentation of Feeds/API specifications
- Collaborate with existing documentation teams to ensure consistent
standards/formats are followed for all deliverables
- Work with HTML and online documentation development tools (e.g.
wikis, FAQs, Help sections, DocBook).
- Help define and implement process improvements and best practices
for managing documentation.
- Work independently with minimal direction by planning, scheduling,
and coordinating work with other team members.
*Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5 years technical writing experience in the software industry.
- Highly adept in working with business and technical team members.
- Base understanding of web technology and interactions
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience with screen capture and graphics tools.
- Competence with Adobe Acrobat and converting documents to PDF.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
Desirable requirements:
- Familiarity with enterprise class eCommerce and multichannel
technology, processes and terminology
- Experience with Agile software development cycles
- Java
