*Job Description:* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *Skills Required:* The BSA will have an appreciation for business processes as well as an understanding of Data Modeling and IT functions. In addition, the BSA will have the skills necessary to perform the BSA role, which includes analyzing, documenting, advising, presenting, and leading, from both an IT and a business perspective. ? General Knowledge of Business Functions, particularly with financial institutions involved in consumer and/or commercial lending, credit bureaus, or other businesses with intensive information management requirements. ? Demonstrated track record of requirements gathering, process documentation, requirements analysis, data analysis, and solution design. ? Ability to compose and edit functional specifications both at high and detailed levels. ? Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills. ? Strong oral and written communication skills. ? Experience using formal methodologies for software implementation. ? Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices. ? Experience in implementing large scale IT applications ? Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, or related field ? For Senior BSA, Minimum 4-years of hands on experience as a business systems analyst and Minimum 5-years’ experience in an IT or IT-related position.
